Chris Jericho updated his Twitter account yesterday with two odd tweets. Actually, they aren’t that odd. Just…something that came out of left field. Here’s what he said. Feel free to comment.

“The noose gets tighter around my throat But I aint reached the end of my rope…”

“Once upon a time I had three best friends in this business… Now I am on my own. F€$k it all and f@&kin no regrets.”

It is interesting to note that Jericho includes song lyrics in the tweets, the last being from Metallica’s “St. Anger.”

In what could be a move to try and steal away some of the NFL audience, WWE has announced Cincinatti Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco will guest host Monday’s Raw, live from Cincinatti. The UK’s Daily Star recently caught up with WWE Superstar Chris Jericho for an interview. They discussed music, his current role in WWE, and whether or not he has anything left to prove in the world of professional wrestling. Here are the highlights:

On potentially losing his ‘spot’ once his contract runs out: “I’m not one of those people who worries about my position. I’m never going to lose my spot. I could work the opening match every night and still be a star.”

On WWE’s recent influx of young blood: “It’s just the way it is – most of the guys in WWE are young guys and green. It’s not like it used to be. I spent nine years going all round the place perfecting my craft – now it’s nine months.”

On the Nexus angle: “The brilliant thing about the Nexus angle is that we’re taking seven guys who have not done a thing and thrown them into the hottest angle they may ever be involved in.”

Jericho also discusses his music with his band Fozzy in the interview. Check out the entire interview here: http://dailystar.co.uk/posts/view/152167/Chris-Jericho-faces-the-music/

Ryan Clark of ewrestlingnews.com is reporting that WWE Headquarters has undergone minor renovations as an office is being built for Triple H, who has been promoted to the position of ‘creative advisor to Vince McMahon,’ a position he has unofficially held for years. According to Clark, it is believed that Triple H will now have an authoritive voice in the creative direction of the company, as well as its talent. Source: Ryan Clark, ewrestlingnews.com

People still ask me why I despise Triple H so much. The entire above paragraph may have something to do with it. Oh, and he gets to go home to…
